Is there a contract?
No. The Member Care Plan is month-to-month, and you can cancel any time.
How do the virtual sessions work?
Members get up to two 15-minute virtual support sessions per month — a quick screen-share call for a smaller question that doesn’t need an in-home visit.
Do I need to be a member to book a visit?
You don’t need to be a member for a Digital Wellness Visit or Device Transition Visit — non-member pricing is available for those. The Digital Check-Up and virtual support sessions are exclusively for Member Care Plan members.
What’s the first-month-free offer?
If you enroll in the Member Care Plan within 7 days of your first Digital Wellness Visit, your first membership month is free.
